The FESTIVAL GIRLS TOP is made of the softest pashmina.   Pashmina is a combination of cashmere wool and silk.
Made with an open sleeve which is stitched at the wrist and under the arm the top is meant to be worn with a bandeau bra or lightweight tank top. 
They look amazing on especially with jeans or a long skirt.
This one is a pink and mauve pattern on black with tiny sequin details and fringed sleeves.  I added a triangle piece in the front.
